Privacy policy
ZidRun collects only the information needed to help you discover and register for races.
What we collect
We store account details, profile information, race registrations, and any documents required by organizers. If you use the AI coach, we also store the training and health details you choose to provide (goals, training history, injuries, ongoing health conditions, weight) and, if you record runs, your run metrics and GPS routes. Organizer accounts also store contact and organization details.
How we use your data
Your data is used to manage registrations, share race information, provide organizer tools, and personalize your AI coach. The AI coach offers training guidance only and is not medical advice. Runs are private by default and only appear on public leaderboards if you explicitly choose to share them. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your account and data. Passwords are hashed and access to admin tools is restricted.
Your rights
You can update or delete your profile, and turn run sharing on or off, from your account. To request deletion of your coaching and run data, contact us at hello@zidrun.com.
